Emergentek LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops high-performance hardware and software solutions. This policy outlines how we handle data for our applications, including GuardLens and Vaura.

02. Data Collection & Usage

• GuardLens: To provide reputation reporting, GuardLens analyzes URLs and QR codes. We do not store personal browsing history. Scanned metadata is used solely for anomaly detection and red-teaming security analysis and ONLY ever available locally on YOUR device! We update a local threat database for GuardLens regularly to keep you up to date on threats.
• Web Analytics: We use Vercel Insights to monitor site performance. This data is anonymized and does not include PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

03. Third-Party Services

Our applications may interface with Google Play Services and Apple Frameworks. These services operate under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell user data to third parties.

04. Security

In line with our core mission, we implement industry-standard encryption for all data in transit. We prioritize user-controlled encryption for hardware-bridge communications.
