By accessing the services provided by Emergentek LLC, including GuardLens, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

02. GuardLens: Security Advisory Disclaimer

Important: GuardLens is an advisory tool, not a guarantee of safety.

  • GuardLens provides automated reputation analysis based on available metadata. It does not catch 100% of threats.
  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that clicking any link, even those marked as "Safe" or "Neutral" by GuardLens, is done at your own risk.
  • No Liability: Emergentek LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages, data loss, or device compromise resulting from malicious links, "quishing" attacks, or redirects that bypass our detection engine.

04. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, branding, and the "Polycrystal" architecture remain the sole property of Emergentek LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for its intended purposes.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emergentek LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

06. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
